Sean “Diddy” Combs, the music mogul, is facing a fourth lawsuit alleging his involvement in a gang rape. This comes less than a month after Combs settled a rape lawsuit filed by Cassie Ventura, despite his denial of the claims. Combs has also faced two subsequent allegations of sexual misconduct. The latest lawsuit accuses Combs, along with Harve Pierre, the president of Bad Boy Entertainment, and an unidentified third defendant, of participating in the gang rape of a 17-year-old in 2003.
The law firm representing the alleged victim claims that Combs, Pierre, and the third assailant preyed on the vulnerable teenager as part of a sex trafficking scheme. The lawsuit alleges that the victim was plied with drugs and alcohol and transported by private jet to Combs’ studio in New York City, where she was gang raped by the three defendants.
The complaint states that the victim, identified as Jane Doe, suffered significant emotional distress and feels shame that has affected her life and personal relationships for the past 20 years. She is seeking injunctive, declaratory, and monetary relief, including compensatory and punitive damages.
Combs took to Instagram to deny the allegations, stating that sickening allegations have been made against him by individuals looking for a quick payday. He vowed to fight for his name, his family, and the truth.
