Videos circulating on social media captured the terrifying moments, showing a man shooting from what appeared to be a balcony while uttering disturbing statements such as, “I can shoot a car right now and no one would [care].” Other videos depicted bystanders seeking shelter or taking cover as gunfire echoed in the background.
Following the suspect’s arrest early Sunday, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department released photographs of the scene, revealing two rifles, a handgun, and tactical gear lying on the ground.
