Photos obtained by TMZ Sports reveal a car accident involving Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice, with occupants of the two vehicles responsible for the crash seen fleeing the scene. The incident occurred on Saturday evening on the North Central Expressway in Dallas, Texas. Witnesses reported that a group of men emerged from a Lamborghini and a Corvette, which were engaged in a race prior to the collision, and walked away as first responders attended to the victims.
While it remains uncertain if Rice, 23, is among the individuals captured in the photos, the Dallas Morning News has reported that the police suspect Rice as the driver of the Corvette. Authorities are currently searching for Rice in connection with the incident. Four individuals were affected by the crash, with two sustaining minor injuries and being hospitalized, while the other two received minor treatment at the scene, according to the Morning News.
WFAA obtained dashcam footage that depicts the Lamborghini and Corvette speeding recklessly in the left lane before losing control and colliding with other vehicles. The video also shows three men exiting the Corvette and heading towards the side of the freeway. Police have stated that one of the cars involved in the crash is believed to be registered or leased to Rice, although it is unclear which vehicle.
