The Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office is currently searching for four suspects following a fatal carjacking incident that occurred overnight. The incident took place in the 7400 block of East Harvard Avenue, as reported in a 1:09 a.m. post by the Arapahoe Sheriff’s Office on Twitter.
According to authorities, the victim, Ahmed Zainuldeen, was shot and killed by the suspects during the carjacking. The four suspects, described as possibly being black males and potentially juveniles, fled the scene in the victim’s 2012 silver Hyundai Sonata. The license plate number of the stolen vehicle is CLY X69.
Law enforcement officials are urging anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has any information regarding the carjacking to contact 911 or the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office at 303-795-4711.
