China’s Sinister Agenda: Forced Organ Harvesting Goes Global

China’s recent claim to promote international exchanges and cooperation in organ donation and transplantation among Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) countries has raised concerns among China observers. Many fear that the regime’s true agenda is to spread its practice of forced organ harvesting, a heinous crime that has long been covered up under the CCP’s rule.

The 7th China-International Organ Donation Conference and the Belt and Road Initiative International Cooperation and Development Forum on Organ Donation and Transplantation took place in Nanning, Guangxi Province. Chinese authorities proudly announced that China has ranked second in the world and first in Asia in organ donation and transplantation for seven consecutive years. However, these claims are met with skepticism, given the regime’s history of human rights abuses.

Dr. Huang Jiefu, chairman of the Human Organ Donation and Transplantation Committee, stated in an interview that China would promote international exchanges and practical cooperation in organ donation and transplantation among BRI countries. This model of “mutual consultation, mutual construction, and mutual sharing” has raised alarm bells among China watchers, who fear that it could lead to more countries being implicated in the CCP’s crime of forced organ harvesting.

Evidence of this sinister practice has emerged over the years. In 2005, Dr. Huang himself performed an autologous liver transplant, requesting three spare livers for the procedure. The fact that these livers were ready for use before the transplant and in standby status for 39 hours suggests that they likely came from living donors, as livers cannot be preserved for such extended periods.

Furthermore, reports of missing middle and high school students in various provinces have sparked concerns about the illegal trafficking of human organs. Lai Jianping, an expert in international law, points out that forced organ harvesting has been covered up in China due to the lack of freedom of speech and press under CCP rule. The lives of the powerful and wealthy have become a condition that allows them to override the lives of others, leading to the industrialization of organ transplants in China.

The CCP’s Belt and Road Initiative model of promoting organ transplants has already implicated other countries. In Japan, a ruling by the Tokyo District Court revealed that at least 100 Japanese people were unknowingly involved in forced organ harvesting crimes. Organ transplant broker Hiromichi Kikuchi admitted to referring approximately 170 people for transplants, with 90 percent of them conducted in Chinese hospitals.

One chilling account shared by Mr. Sugawara, who was entrusted with delivering a protein drug for a liver transplant, sheds light on the horrifying reality. The recipient was a 21-year-old Falun Gong practitioner who had been sentenced to death. The tendons in the donor’s hands and feet had been severed to prevent escape and muscle tension during organ removal.

As the world grapples with the shocking revelations of forced organ harvesting in China, calls for legislation to ban organ transplants in countries like China are growing louder. Hiroaki Maruyama, a member of the Kanagawa City Council, emphasizes the need to address this blatant violation of human rights.

China’s sinister agenda of spreading forced organ harvesting practices through the Belt and Road Initiative is a grave concern. The international community must unite to expose and condemn these heinous crimes, ensuring that the lives and dignity of individuals are protected worldwide.
