Former “Home Improvement” star Zachery Ty Bryan has been released from custody in Lane County, Oregon, after being arrested for a technical violation of his release agreement. Bryan’s attorney, John J. Kolego, confirmed that his client was taken into custody during a pre-trial court office appearance and that the arrest did not involve a judge. The charges on Bryan’s latest booking sheet were related to a previous assault case, and his attorney stated that the arrest was not over a new incident.
Bryan had previously pleaded guilty to lesser charges in 2020 and was arrested earlier this year on similar charges. The cases appear to be connected to a woman with whom Bryan is in a relationship and shares children. His attorney expressed Bryan’s intention to exonerate himself at trial.
Zachery Ty Bryan, known for his role in “Home Improvement,” has not been actively involved in acting since the late 2000s. He made a recent appearance in the Netflix series “The Guardians of Justice” in 2020.
