A 50-year-old woman, Tina M. Cabudoy, was apprehended last week by the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office for her alleged involvement in embezzlement at a tech company in San Carlos. The arrest came after an extensive investigation that spanned several months, initiated by a report received in June of 2023.
On March 20, with the assistance of the Santa Rosa Police Department, SMC deputies took Cabudoy into custody without any resistance. Subsequently, she was arrested and booked into the Maguire Correctional Facility. The charges against her have not been specified at this time.
Authorities are urging anyone with additional information related to this case to come forward and contact the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office.
