Woman Alleges Sexual Assault by Christian “King” Combs Aboard Superyacht Chartered by Sean “Diddy” Combs

In a new civil lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Grace O’Marcaigh has accused Christian “King” Combs, son of Sean “Diddy” Combs, of sexually assaulting her aboard a superyacht chartered by the music mogul. The lawsuit adds to the mounting allegations against Diddy, who is currently facing a federal probe into sex-trafficking allegations. O’Marcaigh, who worked as a steward on the yacht, claims that the incident occurred in late December 2022 during what was initially presented as a family excursion but turned into a “hedonistic environment.”

According to the lawsuit, O’Marcaigh alleges that Christian Combs drugged and sexually assaulted her while aboard the yacht. She also claims to have witnessed partying and drug use involving a rotation of suspected sex workers and A-list celebrities. O’Marcaigh has filed charges of sexual assault, sexual harassment, and infliction of emotional distress against Christian Combs, seeking unspecified damages and a jury trial. Diddy, who leased the yacht and is named as a co-defendant, is being sued for premises liability and aiding and abetting his son in the alleged assault.

O’Marcaigh further accuses Diddy of orchestrating a subsequent cover-up, which ultimately led to her termination in May 2023. She alleges that Diddy created an extremely hazardous environment, exposing staff to unlawful drug use, sex work, and chaos. The complaint also includes allegations of inappropriate behavior by Diddy and Cuba Gooding Jr., whom O’Marcaigh claims to have witnessed inappropriately touching Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, another member of Diddy’s inner circle.

Attorney Tyrone Blackburn, who is representing O’Marcaigh, has previously filed a sexual harassment and assault case against Diddy on behalf of Rodney Jones. Blackburn stated that Christian Combs has adopted his father’s pattern of depravity. However, Diddy’s legal team dismissed the lawsuit as another lewd and meritless claim from Blackburn, filled with manufactured lies and irrelevant facts.

Diddy has faced multiple sexual assault allegations in recent months, with four women, including his ex Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, suing him since November 2021. Diddy has consistently denied any wrongdoing and vowed to fight the lawsuits.

O’Marcaigh, a European Caucasian female who worked as a stewardess in the yachting industry, stated that the assault has derailed her career plans and continues to cause trauma. She described the alleged assault in detail, including physical violence, groping, and an attempt to force her into performing oral sex. O’Marcaigh also claimed to have suffered severe bruising as a result of the attack.

The lawsuit alleges that O’Marcaigh reported the incident to the yacht captain, who failed to investigate and instead berated her. O’Marcaigh further claims that the captain received a generous tip from Diddy to keep quiet and not take action on her behalf.

The alleged assault has had a profound impact on O’Marcaigh’s mental and physical health, leading to anxiety, panic attacks, severe suicidal ideations, an eating disorder, and epileptic seizures.

Diddy’s attorneys plan to file a motion to dismiss the lawsuit, citing a pattern of behavior from attorney Tyrone Blackburn and referring to a recent federal judge’s criticism of Blackburn’s tactics.

  1. I can’t believe the allegations against Christian “King” Combs. It’s really disheartening to hear about such incidents happening, especially involving individuals from influential families. I wonder what the author’s thoughts are on the issue of sexual assault and the responsibility of parents in raising their children to respect others’ boundaries.
