A Walmart in Aurora, Colorado, was evacuated on Sunday morning following an alleged threat made by an upset customer. According to the Aurora Police Department, the incident occurred at approximately 9 a.m. at the Walmart located at 3301 Tower Road. The customer, who has not been identified by the police, was involved in a verbal argument with store management on Saturday over a purchase he believed was overcharged.

The customer allegedly threatened to “shoot up the store” during the argument, as reported by Joe Moylan from the Aurora Police Department. In response to the threat, the store was evacuated as a precautionary measure. Law enforcement officers swiftly located the individual at a nearby bus stop and arrested him on an active warrant for failing to register as a sex offender.
