Vin Diesel Accused of Sexual Assault by Former Assistant

Hollywood superstar Vin Diesel finds himself at the center of a scandalous lawsuit filed by his former assistant, Asta Jonasson. The explosive court documents, obtained exclusively by Vanity Fair, detail allegations of sexual assault against the Fast & Furious actor during the filming of the blockbuster hit Fast Five.

According to the lawsuit, Jonasson was hired by Diesel’s company, One Race, to assist the actor during the production of Fast Five in Atlanta. Her responsibilities included organizing parties, accompanying Diesel to events, and ensuring his public image remained intact. However, what started as a dream job quickly turned into a nightmare for Jonasson.

The suit claims that in September 2010, Jonasson was asked to wait in Diesel’s hotel suite while he entertained hostesses he had brought back from a club. As the night wore on and everyone else left, Diesel allegedly made a sudden and aggressive move towards Jonasson. Gripping her wrists tightly, he forcefully pulled her onto the bed against her will.

Terrified and pleading for him to stop, Jonasson managed to escape his grasp and sought refuge by the suite’s front door. But instead of leaving, Diesel pursued her, disregarding her pleas. In a horrifying turn of events, he allegedly groped her body, running his hands over her upper legs and inner thighs.

The lawsuit further claims that Diesel attempted to remove Jonasson’s underwear, causing her to scream and flee down the hallway towards the bathroom. However, Diesel cornered her against the wall, refusing to let her go. In a distressing moment, he allegedly masturbated while Jonasson, paralyzed with fear, closed her eyes, desperately trying to dissociate from the assault.

Hours later, Jonasson received a call from Samantha Vincent, Diesel’s sister and the president of One Race, terminating her employment after less than two weeks. The suit alleges that Jonasson was fired because she resisted Diesel’s sexual advances and was no longer useful to him.

The lawsuit also accuses Diesel and his production company of attempting to cover up the incident, leaving Jonasson humiliated and emotionally scarred. She claims to have suffered discrimination, emotional distress, and wrongful termination, among other things.

It is important to note that Jonasson’s silence was maintained due to a nondisclosure agreement she signed when she took the position at One Race. However, inspired by the Speak Out Act, California’s AB2777, and the #MeToo and Time’s Up movements, Jonasson has decided to break her silence and seek justice for the suffering she endured.

As this scandal rocks Hollywood, the industry is left reeling from yet another high-profile accusation of sexual misconduct. The outcome of this lawsuit will undoubtedly have far-reaching implications for both Vin Diesel’s career and the ongoing fight against sexual assault in the entertainment industry.
