Astatke was observed leaving her residence located in the 2100 block of South Beeler Way at approximately 5:45 p.m. on the aforementioned date. The Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office has expressed the gravity of this case, as they have received information suggesting the involvement of other individuals in Astatke’s disappearance.
At the time of her disappearance, Astatke was wearing a black coat, blue jeans, black shoes, and a scarf. She is described as a 5-foot-7-inch, 120-pound woman with brown hair and brown eyes. Notably, she had a Mohawk hairstyle when she was last seen, as confirmed by the sheriff’s office.
