Two Women Arrested After Police Chase Ends in Washington County

Two women, Jasmine Williams, 37, of Milwaukee, and Nicaea Jones, 31, of Wauwatosa, have been arrested following a police chase that ended in Washington County, Wisconsin. The pursuit began after county sheriff’s deputies received a tip from the Alpaca County Sheriff’s Office regarding a stolen pickup truck believed to be connected to a robbery in a neighboring county.

The chase, which lasted approximately 34 miles, started in August County and continued south on Highway 41. During the pursuit, deputies prepared a spike strip near Lost Darrelle Road in an attempt to stop the truck. However, the vehicle evaded the strip and continued until it came to a halt against a guardrail in Washington County.

Upon apprehending the suspects, deputies discovered stolen clothes and drugs inside the truck. Both Williams and Jones were taken into custody without incident. They are currently being held at the Fond du Lac County Jail on cash bonds of $250,000 and $150,000, respectively.

The charges against Williams and Jones include possession of stolen property, drug possession, and eluding law enforcement.
