Two bodies have been discovered by investigators in northeastern Vermont during the search for two missing Massachusetts men. Jahim Solomon, 21, of Pittsfield, and Eric White, 21, of Chicopee were reported missing on October 15. The bodies were found in a rural area along the Albany-Eden Road in Eden. The Vermont State Police Field Force Division secured the scene overnight and investigators examined the location on Wednesday morning, discovering the remains of one individual. Later in the afternoon, a second body was found about a mile north of the initial discovery. The Vermont Chief Medical Examiner’s office will determine the identities of the bodies and conduct autopsies to determine the cause and manner of death. The Vermont State Police is treating the case as a homicide investigation and has identified several persons of interest and possible suspects. The investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information is urged to contact investigators.
