Allan Bryant Jr. was enjoying a night out with friends on Nov. 2, 2013, when he vanished after leaving the Styx nightclub Glenrothes, Scotland. Bryant, 23, had gone to an engagement party at a golf course around 8 p.m. before heading with friends to the Styx club on Caskieberran Road. He stayed until 2 a.m. Footage from the bar’s security cameras showed Bryant walking out the door of the club at 2:02 a.m. He briefly stopped to speak to the doorman before heading down the street in the direction of his house, which was about a 10-minute walk.
Footage from earlier in the night showed Bryant looking wobbly and almost falling over. It also captured him being shoved by another man who was standing on the steps leading to the street. The police failed to release the video surveillance footage for seven months after Bryant’s disappearance. He did not have any money, credit cards, or a cellphone on him when he vanished. Bryant remains missing.
