Toddler Abducted in Long Beach, Amber Alert Issued

Justin was last seen wearing a blue shirt and red pants. The vehicle involved in the abduction is a 2021 gray Honda Accord with California license plate 8XPG349. Authorities are urging anyone who spots the vehicle to immediately contact 911.
