Three Females Arrested for $1,400 Lululemon Clothing Theft

Three females were apprehended by the San Mateo Police Department on Tuesday night after allegedly stealing $1,400 worth of clothing from a Lululemon store. The individuals were caught by Lululemon security guards who discovered them concealing items in bags and attempting fraudulent returns. Loss prevention promptly contacted the San Mateo PD, who positioned officers outside the store in a timely manner.

As the females exited the store with multiple bags of stolen merchandise, officers detained them without any resistance. During the arrest, it was revealed that one of the females had an outstanding warrant for theft-related offenses, amounting to $200,000. The police suspect that the trio may be responsible for additional thefts in the North Bay region.

The San Mateo PD has chosen not to release the names of the arrested individuals at this time. The incident serves as a reminder of the ongoing efforts to combat theft and fraudulent activities in retail establishments. Lululemon and the San Mateo Police Department have collaborated effectively to apprehend the suspects and prevent further losses.
