Three Fatally Stabbed in Queens, New York Home by Landlord, Suspect David Daniel Arrested

David Daniel has been arrested and charged with murder in connection with the stabbing deaths of three individuals in a Queens home. The victims have been identified as Coleen Cesar Fields, Wayne Thomas, and Evette Sweeney. The incident occurred on Tuesday morning inside Daniel’s St. Albans residence.

According to police, the stabbings were the result of an ongoing dispute between Daniel and his tenants over unpaid rent spanning several years. Investigators have determined that all three victims were fatally stabbed.

Daniel voluntarily walked into a local police precinct after the incident and confessed to his actions. The motive behind the involvement of Coleen Cesar Fields, Daniel’s girlfriend, in the dispute remains unclear.

Coleen Cesar Fields, 51, was described by her family and friends as a happy and vibrant individual. She worked as a medical technician at Memorial Sloan Kettering and was known for her infectious laughter. Her loved ones are struggling to comprehend her sudden absence.

David Daniel has been arraigned and is facing charges of three counts of first-degree murder and three counts of second-degree murder. He is currently being held without bail.
