A chase this afternoon in Oakland concluded with a crash on westbound Highway 24. The incident occurred near the Rockridge BART station when the pursued vehicle lost control. As police closed in, three individuals exited the car and attempted to flee. One suspect was apprehended by the police, while the others managed to escape.
The fleeing suspects were seen jumping off the freeway, adding a dramatic element to the incident. Eventually, the remaining suspects were located in a nearby neighborhood.
