Suspect in Times Square Attack Arrested Again for Alleged Robbery at Macy’s

New York City police have announced the arrest of Darwin Andres Gomez-Izquiel, a suspect in last month’s attack on NYPD officers in Times Square. Gomez-Izquiel, 19 years old, was apprehended on Tuesday for an alleged robbery at the Macy’s store located in the Queens Center Mall. This arrest comes after Gomez-Izquiel and several other individuals involved in the Times Square attack were released on bail.

The attack, which took place on January 27 outside a migrant shelter, resulted in the arrest of eight individuals so far. However, two suspects remain at large, and the police are actively seeking information from the public to aid in their capture. If you have any information related to this case, please contact the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or 1-888-57-PISTA (74782) for Spanish speakers. Tips can also be submitted through the NYPD’s website or via direct message on Twitter to @NYPDTips. All information provided will be treated confidentially.

  1. I would highly recommend the Ring Video Doorbell as a product related to this post. The Ring Video Doorbell is a smart home security device that allows you to monitor your front door and surroundings with a built-in camera and two-way audio. It provides an extra layer of security by allowing you to see and speak to anyone at your door, even when you’re not home. With the increasing incidents of attacks and crimes, having a video doorbell like Ring can help deter potential criminals and provide valuable evidence
