The charges include Lewd and Lascivious Molestation, Promoting Sexual Performance by a Child, Possession of Child Pornography, and Unlawful Use of a Two-Way Communication Device.

The investigation began after a concerned woman reported that her 6-year-old child had been sexually abused by an individual she knew. Detectives identified the suspect as Kyle Kiley, residing at 5701 Haines Road in Unincorporated St. Petersburg.
