Dressed in a bright yellow sweatshirt under a dark jacket and an orange hat, he appeared inconspicuous until he suddenly lunged at an unsuspecting woman walking on the sidewalk. In his hand, he brandished a massive knife, which he used to stab the woman across her chest.

The victim, a 46-year-old woman, was immediately rushed to Bellevue Hospital, where she received treatment for her stab wound. Fortunately, her condition was reported as stable on Saturday.
