Second Suspect Arrested in San Jose Home-Invasion Robbery Case

San Jose police have announced the arrest of a second suspect in connection with a home-invasion robbery that occurred last fall. The suspect, a 37-year-old man from Charlotte, North Carolina, was apprehended by the U.S. Marshals Service on February 23 in Chatham County, Georgia. He has since been extradited to California and booked into Santa Clara County jail on charges related to the robbery.

The incident took place on the afternoon of October 27 in the 1900 block of Story Road. According to police reports, three women entered the residence and made off with cash, identification information, and other items. A fourth suspect acted as the getaway driver. While detectives have identified three of the four suspects, only one has been arrested so far. A 35-year-old Anaheim resident was taken into custody on December 29 for an unrelated incident in Southern California. The remaining two women, one of whom is a 34-year-old Anaheim resident, are still at large. The unidentified woman is described as being between 30 to 45 years old, standing 5 feet 2 inches to 5 feet 5 inches tall, with a medium build and light complexion.
