Oregon Social Media Figure Accused of Official Misconduct, Identity Theft, and Property Theft

Kevin Dahlgren, a well-known Oregon social media figure, has been accused of official misconduct, identity theft, and property theft while working as a homeless services specialist for the city of Gresham. Dahlgren, who presents himself as a disrupter of the “Homeless Industrial Complex,” is facing a 19-count indictment in Multnomah County Circuit Court.

The charges against Dahlgren stem from the alleged theft of “personal property” belonging to the city of Gresham, as well as the identities of five individuals. The exact nature of the stolen property and the identities involved have not been disclosed.
