Motorcyclist Arrested for Smashing Car Windshield with Children Inside in Philadelphia

Philadelphia police have arrested a motorcyclist who was caught on video smashing a woman’s car windshield with two children inside. The incident occurred on Sunday evening in the Center City neighborhood of Philadelphia. The suspect, identified as Nikki Bullock, was involved in a verbal altercation with the driver of an ATV and a red sedan at a red light. The suspect then jumped off his motorcycle and kicked in the back windshield of the woman’s car. When confronted, he picked up a handgun and pointed it at the victim. The suspect was later seen headbutting and shoving the victim before fleeing the scene.

Philadelphia Police Deputy Commissioner Frank Vanore announced the arrest on social media, crediting the public for providing tips and the detectives for their outstanding work. Further details about the suspect and the arrest will be released at a later time. The victim, Nikki Bullock, was delivering orders for Uber Eats with a friend and two children in the car at the time of the incident. Fortunately, no one was injured.

The suspect is facing charges of aggravated assault and vandalism. Philadelphia police had released photos of the suspect to aid in his identification prior to the arrest.
