The Thunder Bay Police Service has issued a news release announcing that James Andrew Morrow, a 43-year-old man, is wanted on multiple charges of dangerous driving and flight from a peace officer.
Morrow was reportedly seen driving a pickup truck on City Road on Tuesday afternoon. When an officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop, Morrow fled the scene. This initiated a police chase, which was later terminated due to public safety concerns.
Authorities are now seeking public assistance to locate and apprehend Morrow due to his repeated evasion from law enforcement and the potential threat he poses. He is described as a white man, about five-foot-nine, with a medium build, blond hair, and blue eyes. The vehicle involved is a red GMC pickup truck bearing Ontario license plate BB48648. Notably, this plate is not registered to the said vehicle.
