A 31-year-old man was pronounced dead on Thursday evening following a shooting incident on the 600 block of West 20th Street in Antioch, according to local police.
The police received multiple reports of a shooting at approximately 6:07 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered the victim with gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to administer life-saving measures, the man was declared dead at the scene.
The police are treating the death as a homicide and have yet to identify the suspect.
