Man Arrested for Impersonating Law Enforcement and Possessing Firearms

Tristan Justice, 27, was arrested by the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office in Clarksville, Arkansas. He has a history of impersonating law enforcement, according to a press release. The arrest was made on Saturday after a tip was received, indicating that Justice was in possession of firearms and law enforcement items, which violated the terms of a previous sentence.

During a search of Justice’s home, the JCSO discovered a loaded firearm, law enforcement IDs, drug paraphernalia, and tactical gear. Electronic devices were also seized for further investigation. Justice now faces charges of possession of firearms, criminal impersonation, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Justice is scheduled to appear in court on October 4, as stated in his booking information. The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office is conducting further investigations into the case.
