Court documents filed on Monday reveal that Lori Vallow, who was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole earlier this year in Ada County, Idaho, has waived her right to file a motion to reduce her sentence. This decision comes after a six-week trial. Meanwhile, Val, also known as Lori Vallow, is currently appealing her murder convictions. In August, her attorneys filed 16 appeals, ranging from the grand jury indictment to her sentencing. Val is currently serving her sentence at the Pocatello Women’s Correctional Center.
In addition to her ongoing appeal, Val also faces two conspiracy charges in the state of Arizona. These charges are related to the death of her former husband, Charles, and the attempted murder of another relative who survived.
