Sean “Diddy” Combs and his youngest son Christian “King” Combs have been named in a new lawsuit that alleges Christian sexually assaulted a woman on a luxury yacht chartered by the Combs family during a winter trip in St. Martin in 2022. The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, adds to a series of recent allegations against Sean Combs, accusing him of sexually assaulting multiple individuals between 1990 and 2023. Combs, who recently faced a federal sex trafficking probe, has vehemently denied all allegations, referring to them as shakedowns.
According to the 31-page complaint filed by lawyers Tyrone A. Blackburn and Rodney S. Diggs, the incident on the yacht occurred when Christian allegedly insisted that the plaintiff, Grace O’Marcaigh, take a shot of tequila that he poured for her. O’Marcaigh claims that after consuming the drink, the mood changed, and Christian became forceful, preventing her from leaving the sundeck and forcing her to take another shot. O’Marcaigh suspected that the tequila was spiked and alleges that Christian proceeded to sexually assault her, including kissing her neck and face and groping her legs, breasts, anus, and vagina.
The lawsuit also mentions the presence of Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, a music producer who previously filed a separate sex trafficking lawsuit against Sean Combs. Jones allegedly recorded part of the incident on the yacht, capturing O’Marcaigh’s concerns about being drugged and her requests for Christian to stop touching her. O’Marcaigh further claims that Christian cornered her in the yacht’s cinema and attempted to force her to perform oral sex on him.
O’Marcaigh states that she managed to escape when her partner on board became concerned and entered the cinema. She reported the incident to the ship’s captain, but alleges that it was not properly investigated, suggesting that Sean Combs paid the captain a generous tip as part of a cover-up.
The lawsuit includes photographs showing bruises on O’Marcaigh’s arm, which she claims were caused by Christian. Both Sean and Christian Combs have not yet responded to the allegations.
The lawsuit also mentions other unsettling incidents witnessed by O’Marcaigh while working on the yacht, including an alleged sex worker who locked herself in a massage room, expressing fear and a desire to leave. Brendan Paul, who has been referred to as Combs’ accused drug “mule,” was also present on the yacht and allegedly made comments about watching Combs engage in sexual activities with multiple women.
Christian Combs, in this lawsuit, is accused of assault, battery, sexual assault, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, while Sean Combs is accused of aiding and abetting the behavior and premises liability as the lease-holder of the yacht.
