A new lawsuit has been filed against Christian “King” Combs, son of music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, accusing him of sexually assaulting a steward on a yacht. The plaintiff, Grace O’Marcaigh, alleges that the incident took place on or around December 28, 2022, during a yacht charter organized by Sean Combs. O’Marcaigh claims that she was drugged, groped, and subjected to demands for oral sex by Christian Combs.
According to court documents obtained by The Post, O’Marcaigh, who was working on the yacht as a steward, initially believed she was signing up for a “wholesome family excursion.” However, she alleges that the atmosphere quickly turned into a hardcore party scene with drug use and a constant rotation of suspected sex workers.
O’Marcaigh states that Christian Combs appeared heavily intoxicated when he boarded the yacht to use the music studio. She claims that he pressured her to take tequila shots with him, and shortly after consuming the drink, she suspected it had been spiked. The lawsuit further alleges that Christian began groping her legs, breasts, anus, and vagina.
Audio recordings, reportedly made by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, who has filed his own sexual assault lawsuit against Sean Combs, capture O’Marcaigh refusing Christian’s advances and repeatedly telling him to stop touching her. The identities of the individuals on the audio clip have not been verified.
O’Marcaigh also claims that when she reported the incident to the yacht’s captain the following day, he did not believe her and refused to investigate her claims. She was subsequently fired from her position in May 2023.
The 31-page lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday. Attorneys for all parties involved have not yet responded to requests for comment.
Christian Combs’ attorney, Aaron Dyer, stated that they have not seen the woman’s claim but anticipate “manufactured lies” from O’Marcaigh’s lawyer, Tyrone Blackburn. Dyer also referenced a recent federal judge’s ruling in New York, which criticized Blackburn’s filing practices.
In response, Blackburn stated, “Like father, like son,” alluding to the sexual assault allegations against Sean Combs. He added that it was unfortunate to see Christian adopting his father’s alleged pattern of behavior.
O’Marcaigh’s lawsuit seeks unspecified damages, claiming that she has suffered mental and emotional issues as a result of the alleged assault.
The allegations against Christian Combs come in the wake of federal investigators conducting searches at Sean Combs’ homes in Los Angeles and the Miami area. Sean Combs is facing multiple sexual assault and sex trafficking allegations, which he vehemently denies.
