Nipsey Hussle, whose real name was Ermias Asghedom, was tragically shot and killed on March 31, 2019, in the parking lot of his store in Los Angeles. Eric Holder, the convicted killer, was sentenced to prison in February 2023.
In her heartfelt message, Lauren London expressed her love for Nipsey and remembered him on his special day. Other celebrities, including Snoop Dogg and T.I., showed their support by leaving blue heart emojis in the comments.
Lauren London has been open about her ongoing struggle with grief since Nipsey’s death. She emphasized that healing is a continuous process and that she chooses to show up in life with intention. Despite appearing happy on the outside, she acknowledged that grief doesn’t simply disappear.
Nipsey Hussle was not only Lauren London’s boyfriend but also the father of her son. He also had a daughter with his ex-partner. Lauren London continues to honor Nipsey’s memory on various occasions.
