Intruder Arrested for Unlawfully Entering Taylor Swift’s New York City Home

On Friday, Ashley Arbour, 43, was arrested for unlawfully entering Taylor Swift’s upscale residence in Tribeca, New York City. Arbour, wearing a blue shirt, glasses, and a distinctive goatee, was charged with two counts of trespassing.

After his arraignment in Manhattan Criminal Court, Arbour expressed his disappointment at missing Swift during his unauthorized visit and revealed his affection for the pop star, even expressing a desire to marry her. Arbour claimed to have had a previous relationship with Swift and boldly declared his love for her.

Another resident in the building prevented a potentially alarming situation by directing Arbour outside and advising him to wait for proper entry. Arbour, originally from Michigan and claiming to have traveled from Atlanta, was swiftly apprehended by the New York Police Department when he attempted to re-enter the building.

He was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court in October.
