Home Invasion in Westminster Leaves Family Terrified

Police are on the hunt for three unidentified men who broke into a family’s home in Westminster, California, early Tuesday morning. The incident, classified as a home invasion, occurred in the 13400 block of Milan Street. According to the Westminster Police Department, a distressed woman dialed 911 at approximately 1:30 a.m. to report the ongoing robbery.

Responding swiftly, law enforcement arrived at the scene within minutes. Witnesses reported seeing three individuals wearing hooded sweatshirts fleeing the area in a gray van with blacked-out windows. Officers initiated a pursuit in their cruiser, attempting to stop the suspects’ vehicle. However, the perpetrators managed to evade capture near the intersection of Bolsa Chica Road and Westminster Boulevard.

Inside the targeted residence, a man, woman, and their two young daughters, aged 7 and 4, were present during the terrifying ordeal. The suspects, armed with two handguns, entered the man’s bedroom and held him at gunpoint while demanding information about the location of any money. The assailants proceeded to ransack the room, stealing various valuable items before making their escape.
