Authorities are currently investigating a hate crime that occurred at Thompson’s Corner Saloon in unincorporated Fairfield, Solano County. The incident involved vandalism, with swastikas and racial slurs found on the walls of the establishment. The Solano County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) shared details of the incident on their Facebook page, stating that surveillance video obtained by their office shows a person of interest connected to the hate crime. The incident took place on the morning of August 8.
Thompson’s Corner Saloon, located at 2147 Cordelia Road near Highway 680, was targeted in this act of racism. The SCSO expressed their deep concern and stated that the crime offends the entire community. They are collaborating with the Fairfield Police Department and community partners to solve this heinous act.
