A GOP activist and lawyer, Alexander Talcott, 41, was found dead with a stab wound to his neck inside his home in Durham, New Hampshire. The state attorney general’s office stated that the circumstances surrounding the stabbing are still under investigation. Authorities have identified the parties involved and have stated that there is no threat to the public. The identity of the killer has not been released to the public as the investigation remains active. The state attorney general’s office declined to provide further details. Investigators found no signs of forced entry at Talcott’s home. Talcott previously served as the Republican National Lawyers Association’s state director for New Hampshire.
