Former DC Executive Producer Andrew Kreisberg Arrested and Charged with Forcibly Touching Woman at Bar Mitzvah

Former executive producer Andrew Kreisberg, known for his work on DC superhero dramas, has been arrested and charged with forcibly touching a woman at a bar mitzvah in Pleasantville, New York. The incident took place in May 2022, and Kreisberg was arrested in March 2023.

The woman, who is a friend of Kreisberg’s wife, reported that he approached her at a high-top table and began touching her arms and back. She further stated that he grabbed her waist and thrust his fully erect penis into her buttocks.

Kreisberg’s legal team submitted evidence claiming the encounter never happened, but a detective concluded that the materials did not prove his innocence.

Kreisberg voluntarily surrendered to police and was granted an Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal, with the charge set to be dismissed and the record sealed in February 2024 if he follows court orders. An order of protection has been issued against Kreisberg.

Warner Bros. previously fired Kreisberg in 2017 following sexual harassment allegations from multiple colleagues.
