Victor Alfonso, a 31-year-old resident of Oakley, tragically lost his life in the accident. The incident occurred on Monday night when Contra Costa County Fire Protection crews stumbled upon the crash site around 12:30 a.m. The wreckage was found on southbound Bethel Island Road and East Cypress Road.
