A Fall River man, identified as Edmar Goncalves, 39, was tragically stabbed to death in a park located at the intersection of Crescent and Montello Streets in Brockton on Saturday night. The incident occurred around 6 p.m., prompting multiple reports to be made to the Brockton Police.
Upon arriving at the scene, law enforcement discovered the victim, who succumbed to his injuries at Good Samaritan Hospital. Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy Cruz confirmed the arrest of Johnny Richmond, 36, in connection with the stabbing.
