A 2004 Modesto homicide case was reopened, leading to the arrest of 38-year-old Justin Guice after a DNA match identified him as the suspect. Guice reportedly confessed to the shooting of Tijuan Belton during a home invasion. He’s been charged with murder, home invasion, and firearm discharge causing death.
