Court Documents Allege Cher’s Involvement in Son’s Alleged Kidnapping

Newly revealed court documents filed by Marie Angela King, the wife of Elijah Blue Allman, allege that Cher had her son kidnapped last year. Allman, the son of Cher and musician Gregg Allman, has a history of drug addiction and recently checked into rehab. According to King’s court filing, she and Allman reconciled in November 2022 and spent 12 days together in a hotel room. However, during this time, four men allegedly barged in and took Allman away, claiming they were hired by Cher. King stated that since August 2022, she has been unable to see or speak to Allman, who is reportedly in lockdown at an undisclosed treatment facility without access to his phone.

In her filing, King also mentioned being evicted from the home she shared with Allman, which is reportedly owned by Cher. She expressed concern for her husband’s wellbeing and stated that she wants what is best for him. King further mentioned not being allowed to retrieve all her belongings or inventory their assets.
