Celebrity chef Ralph Pagano, owner of Naked Taco in Miami and a former contestant on Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen, has been arrested for allegedly threatening a driver with a baseball bat. The incident occurred in Boca Raton, Florida, back in March. According to the arrest affidavit, Pagano cut off the driver, who honked his horn and flipped him off before taking his picture. Pagano then stopped in traffic and approached the driver’s vehicle with a baseball bat, allegedly shouting, “I’ll kill you.” The bat came within inches of the driver’s head but hit the top of his 10-year-old daughter’s head instead. The child did not sustain any injuries.
A witness confirmed the aggressive behavior and verbal altercation.
Pagano was arrested on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated child abuse. He has been released on a $10,000 bond and is scheduled for arraignment on October 12.
