Aaron Carter’s son, Prince Lyric Carter, aged 2, has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against doctors involved in the treatment of his late father. The lawsuit, filed by Melanie Martin, the mother of Prince Lyric, alleges that the medical team prescribed Hydrocodone, Oxycodone, and Alprazolam to Aaron Carter without medical justification. It further claims that the doctors were aware of Aaron’s mental health and psychiatric condition.

The lawsuit also includes Walgreens pharmacy and others, stating that they should not have provided Aaron Carter with the quantities of drugs given his apparent psychiatric issues. The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages at this time.

Aaron Carter, known for his hit song “Aaron’s Party,” tragically passed away at the age of 34 on November 5, 2022. His cause of death was ruled as drowning due to taking Xanax and huffing. Since his death, Melanie Martin has been sharing tributes to him on social media and frequently posts photos and videos of their son.

Aaron and Melanie began dating in early 2020 and publicly shared their relationship in the same year. They often appeared together in videos and expressed their love for each other through social media posts. The couple faced challenges, including losing custody due to domestic violence and drug use concerns.
