A 17-year-old boy was killed in a shooting incident that occurred during a fight between two groups in St. Petersburg, Florida. The altercation took place in an alley on 6th Ave. South, between 29th and 31st St. South.
According to the St. Petersburg Police Department, several shots were fired around 12:30 p.m., resulting in two individuals being injured. The 17-year-old victim succumbed to his injuries at the hospital, while an 18-year-old man sustained minor injuries.
The St. Petersburg Police Department is currently investigating the incident and is urging anyone with information to come forward by contacting the police department or texting SPPD and their tip to TIP411.
